I got a defective item! How should I proceed?
Please email a photo of the defective item, along with your order number, to enquiries@awmglassandglazing.co.uk. We will give you a free reship if the item is defective or breaks down after the first wash. You can send us a picture of the defective item instead of returning it.
Why did my order arrive later than expected?
We recognize how frustrating it can be to receive your order late, particularly if it’s for a special occasion or you’re impatient. Orders are normally processed 1-2 days after they are received, and shipping usually takes 5-7 days. Nevertheless, post office restrictions on package acceptance may cause delays. We encourage you to hold off a few more days, and we appreciate your patience. You can track the progress of your order using the provided tracking details, and rest assured that we are available to assist and keep you informed about its status.

I was sent the incorrect item! How should I proceed?
Please first make sure the product you received matches the order you placed with us. Customers frequently choose the incorrect product when placing an order. If so, get in touch with our support staff to get instructions on how to handle exchanges. We would be happy to provide a free reshipment if you placed the correct order but were shipped the incorrect item. Send us a photo of the defective item, and we’ll take care of the rest.
I placed an incorrect order or have lost interest.
We normally ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them, so orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we only ship within the United Kingdom at this time.
How much time will it take for my order to arrive?

Will a tracking number be provided?
Of course! Once processed, all orders come with tracking (1-2 days after purchase). Send us an email at enquiries@awmglassandglazing.co.uk with your order number if you haven’t received a tracking number, and we’ll get one to you right away. Note that your tracking number and order number are different.

What occurs if I enter the incorrect address?
Please send us an email at enquiries@awmglassandglazing.co.uk if the shipment hasn’t been shipped out despite the incorrect address you provided. We’ll update it with the correct address. We are unable to reship the item to a different address once the shipment has been sent. Therefore, when placing your order, please make sure your address is correct.
